Aragosta Bagna Cauda

My husband and I heard about this place and how good it was so we gave it a try last night for our 10 year anniversary. I love Bagna Cauda and lobster so of course i tried the Aragosta Bagna Cauda. I was very excited and wanted to love this but the very first bite i had to spit out a piece of shell. And then the next bite i spit out more shell. I couldn't even eat the lobster because it was so tough my knife could barely cut it. To me it did not taste like the Bagna Cauda i grew up eating and i was very disappointed and couldnt eat any of it, so i pushed it to the side and shared my husband's meal which was very good! I was waiting for the server to ask if there was something wrong with it but she never did and just brought me a box, even when i said maybe just a box for everything else. The appetizer was delish and our dessert was rich and just what i wanted ,but i cant help feel disappointed that i spent $42 dollars on a dish i couldnt even eat.
