It is a blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Malbec. The wine aged for 12 months in French and American oak. The name and label are an homage to the birds that hunt in their vines, allowing Aviary to naturally manage the vineyards without pesticides.
